Representatives of Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC) Medical Day at Danville were joined by local officials and medical professionals for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the facility’s opening.  A special thanks to colleagues at Geisinger Medical Center and Janet Weis Children’s Hospital, whose collaboration efforts have been inspiring and gracious, as the PSC team remains focused on providing the best possible care for the children and their families.

“Geisinger Pediatrics and the Janet Weis Children’s Hospital congratulates Pediatric Specialty Care in their new endeavor to offer exceptional daycare to our wonderful children with special needs. We are so proud to partner with PSC as they provide medical day care for families with children with complex health care needs. These services are vital to many families in our community,” said Frank A Maffei, MD, chair of pediatrics for the Geisinger Women’s and Children’s Institute.
